Meet Our Advocates

Natasha has been guiding families through the senior living journey for more than 15 years and has specialized in senior living placement and advocacy for the past 13 years. She is passionate about helping families navigate the often-overwhelming process of finding the right care, support, and living environment for their loved ones.

Her journey in the senior living industry began in 2010 when she joined Merrill Gardens Assisted Living in Roswell as a Community Relations Director. During that time, her father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. As his condition progressed, Natasha and her family experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating the healthcare system, transitioning him from skilled nursing to hospice care. That deeply personal journey gave her a unique understanding of the emotional and often overwhelming decisions families face during times of crisis and reinforced her passion for helping others through similar experiences.

In 2013, Natasha became a Family Advocate, where she discovered her passion for helping families navigate one of life’s most difficult transitions. By combining her professional expertise with personal experience, she provides compassionate guidance and trusted support every step of the way.

Natasha earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Central Florida. She lives in Brookhaven with her partner, Judd, and their three wonderful children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and has recently taken up playing mahjong.

Lynn’s journey into the field of Senior Living all started with a deeply personal experience – both her mother and father-in-law were diagnosed with dementia.
In 2009, Lynn opened At Your Service Home Care, a boutique-style home care company she lovingly ran for six years. 

In 2014 Lynn became a Family Advocate and one year later became a Founding Member of Atlanta Senior Advocates. Lynn is still passionately helping families, especially those navigating the challenges of dementia or facing crisis situations. She understands that each family’s journey is unique and has vast experience guiding clients through every step. Lynn’s mission is to empower families with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their loved one’s care. She’s helped countless families in tough times, always ready to lend a hand.

Outside of her work, Lynn cherishes family vacations, quality time with friends, and a healthy lifestyle. She’s immensely grateful for the support of her family, having been happily married to Fran for 37 years, and they’ve watched their three children, Ryan, Lauren, and Kevin grow into remarkable adults.

For more than 25 years, Catherine has helped individuals and families find the perfect place to call home. Before focusing on senior placement, she built a strong foundation in housing and relocation services, working with companies such as Promove – The Apartment Source, Temporary Quarters, Equity Corporate Housing, and Destination Services. Since joining Atlanta Senior Advocates as Client Services Director when the company was founded in 2015, she has become an invaluable resource to both our team and the senior living communities we serve.

As Client Services Director, Catherine partners with our Family Advocates to identify the best senior living options for each client’s unique needs. She stays current on communities, new openings, and industry changes while maintaining strong relationships with professionals and residential care home owners across Metro Atlanta. Her deep local knowledge helps ensure every family receives thoughtful, personalized recommendations.

Catherine has earned the trust and admiration of families, community partners, and industry professionals alike. Her ability to build lasting relationships and her unwavering commitment to helping others make her an integral part of the Atlanta Senior Advocates team.

When she’s not working, Catherine enjoys reading, watching movies, fostering dogs, and traveling whenever she has the opportunity.

For nearly 10 years, Gail has been helping families navigate the complex process of choosing the right senior living option as a Family Advocate with Atlanta Senior Advocates. Known for her warm personality, attentive nature, and exceptional listening skills, Gail takes the time to truly understand each family’s unique needs, providing compassionate guidance and unwavering support throughout the senior living journey.

Gail’s passion for advocacy stems from her own family’s experience. In 2011, her father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and dementia. As she traveled frequently between Atlanta and Florida to help her parents, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges families face while coordinating medical care, hospice services, and countless difficult decisions. After her father’s passing, Gail helped her mother relocate to Atlanta, where she transitioned through independent living, assisted living, and eventually a care home before her passing, giving Gail a deep appreciation for the value of having a knowledgeable advocate by your side.

Gail graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and Communications and lives in Dunwoody with her husband and daughter. An avid dog lover, she volunteers with greyhound rescue organizations and has participated in pet therapy visits with her retired racing greyhound, Carly. In her free time, Gail enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and going to the movies.

Ginger’s passion for serving seniors and their families has been shaped by more than a decade of experience in senior living, along with meaningful time spent in hospice care. Through these roles, she has supported individuals and families during some of life’s most challenging transitions, developing a deep understanding of both the practical and emotional aspects of care decisions. Ginger approaches each family with a heart for service, a pay-it-forward mindset, and a belief in the power of being fully present during life’s most important moments.

Her work is especially centered around dementia education and support. Ginger is an Advanced Certified Trainer for the Second Wind Dreams® Virtual Dementia Tour® and has trained with Teepa Snow, earning her certification as a Positive Approach to Care Consultant. She is committed to equipping families and caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to navigate dementia care with compassion and clarity.

Originally from Atlanta, Ginger earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Georgia State University. She feels strongly about serving families in her hometown community and guiding them toward solutions that honor their loved ones’ needs, preferences, and dignity.

Outside of her work, Ginger enjoys an active and creative life with her husband, Chuck, and their children, who keep them busy with school and activities. As a family, they share a love for world travel and exploring national parks. Ginger also enjoys daily hiking, quilting, playing guitar, and spending quality time with family.
